What about Information Gathered Automatically?
As is true of most websites, RD-Reports.com receives and stores information automatically whenever you interact with us. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. The information we learn from your visits helps us continually improve our offering and personalize your shopping experience at RD-Reports.com. Here are the types of information we gather.
When you visit this site, your IP address is recorded. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website by creating statistical reports and tracking errors. Your IP address is used to help identify you when you buy and to gather broad demographic identification that will not be tied to your identity.
We also use "cookies," clear gifs (Web beacons/Web bugs) and Google Analytics to monitor site traffic and create a "profile" of your preferences. We do not tie your personally identifiable information, and your purchasing history, to information in the profile.
Cookies
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that our shopping cart software transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser, to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide some personalized features such as storage of items in your shopping cart between visits. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, we recommend you leave them turned on because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of RD-Reports.com's essential features. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will not be able to view or create an account or see the contents of the mini-cart.
Clear Gifs (Web beacons/Web bugs)
Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We also use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients allowing us to gauge the effectiveness of our communications. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers' personally identifiable information.
Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

We DO NOT partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
Third-Party Service Providers

When this is done, it is subject to agreements that oblige those parties to process such information only on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
Business Transfers
In the unlikely event that R&D Reports goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, customer information will likely be among the assets transferred but will remain subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy. You will be notified via email or through a prominent notice on our website for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
Protection of R&D Reports and Others
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to comply with law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of R&D Reports, our users, or others.
